Refund policy
Order Cancellation:
· Orders can be cancelled before they ship.
· Contact customer service email at CS email immediately to initiate cancellation.
Return and Exchange Policy:
· Returns Accepted for: Damaged, broken, defective, or unusable products.
· Timeframe: Items must be postmarked within 48 hours of receipt for damaged or wrong products.
· Condition: Returned items must be new and unused.
Return Process:
1. Email customer service at autozesttraders@gmail.com with:
o Clear picture or video showing product defects.
o Your Order ID.
2. Your order will be picked up within 3 working days.
3. Replacement will be sent within 3 working days upon receipt by the team.
Reasons for Return:
· Fitting error
· Defective or broken piece
No Refund/Return for:
· Disliking the product
· Ordering the wrong model
· Appearance Not Matching Website
Note:We can only process returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items。 While we aim to display our products accurately, we recognize that perceptions can differ.Your feedback on improving our product descriptions and images is valuable. Exchange Process:
· Contact iFYOU CS team within 48 hours of receipt for exchange.
· Product must be in sellable condition with original packaging.
· Email order ID and new preference.
· Ship the product back at your cost,Pay an additional Rs.99 for fresh shipment.
· New order dispatched after receiving the original order at the warehouse and payment for the new shipment.
Refund:
· If product is unavailable or shipped incorrectly, refund processed within 1 working day of receiving the return.
· Refunded payment may take 3-5 working days to reflect in your account.
